Sports Psychology and Equestrian Coaching

Offering virtual or in person coaching using a Gallup Strengths approach. The first session includes a Gallup Strengths Assessment and interpretation. Future sessions develop and execute plans based on rider goals and identified areas of desired improvement.

First session: $50.00

Additional sessions: $40/hour

Arena or onsite horse show sessions may be available and are negotiable.
